Enjoy Cacapon! There is lots to do at the park including horseback riding, miles of biking and hiking trails, fishing, clay shooting, golf, bird watching, and even a hidden disc golf course.
Drive up to the overlook!
From atop the mountain at Cacapon you can look out over four states at once: Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and of course West Virginia! Driving the road up the mountain will also take you past the northernmost point in Virginia.
Try the Roman Baths at Berkeley Springs State Park
The park is generally interesting to explore, but we definitely recommend booking a Roman Bath at the Hot Springs! Only the State Park offers Roman Baths utilizing spring water, although there are also plenty of spas in town offering massage or other services as well. call 304-258-3976 or 304-258-2711 to book a Roman Bath!
Pet some cats at Give Purrs A Chance
Not so much a cat cafe as a cat house: there is a kitten room, a cat castle, a giant cat, and almost all of the cats are adoptable! What better way could there be to remember and celebrate our wedding than to also adopt your own furr-baby?
Do some shopping downtown!
Berkeley Springs has lots of cute shops and is a super walkable little town. Whether you like antiques or boutiques there'll be something for you!
Get a bite at Krispy Krunchy Chicken
Heading North from the entrance to Cacapon there is an Exxon gas station - in that gas station you will find a Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Do not be fooled by the location, this is very good chicken and biscuits!
