Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will both be at Overton Hotel and Conference Center Ballroom Sunset C - Ceremony Ballroom Sunset AB - Reception 1st Fl Prefunction- cocktail hors d'oeuvres

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m on November 2. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-30 minutes prior and even earlier will be appreciated to grab a glass of bubbly and start mingling. 🙂

Is there transportation from the airport and parking to the hotel for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Overton Hotel offers complimentary self parking or valet parking for a small fee. Complimentary airport transportation can be arranged by calling the Hotel Front Desk 806-776-7000

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at the Overton Hotel. To take advantage of the discount you must book your room(s) no later than the following date October 18, 2019.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For women, a long formal dress, pantsuit or other dressy separates are appropriate For men, may don a dark suit, white shirt and tie or can opt to wear a tux if they really dig the look.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Make your RSVP date 3-4 weeks before November 2 to allow enough time for us to get a final head count to the caterer and to finalize your seating chart.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you were invited with a guest you can do so but if you can’t find a date you can bring a friend instead.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We strongly advise or contact us ahead of time of any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can make an arrangements for you. We want you to be safe and comfortable!

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Of course we will have dancing. We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance your tush off. This ain’t no Footloose.
