Shuttle from Hotels to Venue
November 2, 2024 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
For guests staying at the Home2 Suites or Tru by Hilton Ashburn One Loudoun, we are providing mini shuttles to and from the wedding. An AllPro mini shuttle will arrive at each hotel at 3:00 PM and leave at 3:20PM to take guests to the wedding and will bring everyone back afterward. We've been told that there are several wedding blocks at the hotels, so please make sure to confirm with the shuttle driver that you're going to the Crow/Johnson wedding at Rust Manor House. We don't want anyone ending up at the wrong wedding! Shuttles are only for guests staying at the hotel blocks. If you're staying somewhere else, Uber and Lyft are available. If you plan to drink, please be responsible. If you leave your car at the venue, make sure to pick it up by 11 AM the next day. We will update this information if the schedule changes. We have a room block reserved at Home2 Suites by Hilton Leesburg for October 31, 2024 through November 3, 2024. Reservations can be made directly through the link below or by calling the hotel directly at (571)-209-1010. If you call to book, let the agent know you are with the Johnson/Crow wedding block. Please make a reservation by October 1st. Note: If you plan to take the shuttle to the wedding and are checking in on Saturday, it’s a good idea to call the hotel in advance to see if you can get an early check-in.

We have secured room reservations at Tru by Hilton Ashburn in One Loudoun from Friday, November 1, 2024 through Sunday, November 3, 2024. While Tru is slightly more distant, it offers closer proximity to Dulles International Airport and is surrounded by various restaurants. To reserve a room at Tru by Hilton, click on the button below. Airports
For those flying in, there are two accessible airports. Those are Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Dulles is approximately 15 miles from Leesburg, while Reagan is 42 miles away. We suggest choosing Dulles for your arrival if possible!
