This is one of our favorite coffee shops in key west. It has great food and a great vibe.
Lazy Dog Adventures
This place is so much fun. Autumn has been going here for years to paddle board through the mangroves. There is all sorts of sea creatures to look at, including baby sharks. Highly recommend paddle board yoga during one of the mornings.
Dolphin Research Center
If you have a car, go up a couple keys and play with dolphins. Autumn still cries when thinking about this place and looking back at pictures. It still convinces her that she should be a marine biologist every time she visits.
Hank's Hair of the Dog Saloon
This place has great live music. It's a popular location to hang out at night and listen to the islands best musicians. Definitely plan on heading here after the wedding to continue the celebration. They also have a great food truck here.
Mallory Square
Come here at night to watch the amazing local street performers and watch the best sunset in the world. Also, there are places around here to rent jet ski's, snorkeling tours, dolphin tours and so much more.
Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park
This is arguably the best beach on the island. It is also where the happy couple is getting married. It will be merky this time of year because of seaweed season, but still beautiful. If the seaweed this season is low, it is a great place to snorkel.
Second Nature Charters
Autumn has been fishing with captain Dan since 5th grade. It is always a blast. If you want to go deep sea fishing, highly recommend going through him.
The Hemingway Home and Museum
Visit the house of a famous author and see a lot of cats. It is actually a really cool tour and good for all ages.
Dry Tortugas National Park
One of THE coolest national parks. It has some of the best snorkeling in the world, history nerds will love it as it is a historic sight of the civil war, but you have to book in advance. You either take a boat or a plane to it. It is an all day event.
Duval Street
This is the main road in key west. There is plenty of night life for dancing and live music. There is also plenty of good restaurants near or on this road.
