More about the ceremony and wedding day.
April 7, 2024
Cocktail attire is suggested but we want you to be comfortable to dance! April weather in Brooklyn can be unpredictable but we expect it to be in the 50s during the day, and 40s after the sun sets around 7pm. Our venue has heating and air conditioning so will be a comfortable temperature. We hope to have the windows open!
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the Picnic House. Everything is all under one roof!
There will be a cocktail hour beginning at 3pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm so please arrive no later than 4pm to be seated.
We have paid for professional photographers to capture all the amazing moments during the ceremony. We invite you to enjoy yourself and experience the ceremony with us. We ask you turn off or silence your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment. After the ceremony is complete and during the reception, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish! We will also have a photo booth and disposable cameras for capturing additional memories during the event!
Yes! The venue is wheelchair accessible and features wide doorways with no lip or stairs. There is one wheelchair-accessible bathroom with grab bars and enough room to turn around comfortably.
Catherine and Jeffrey are hosting a brunch the morning of the wedding for all guests. Anyone who is interested should reach out to Catherine at (919) 605-7879 to learn more. More information about this event is available on our Schedule page.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to purchase a gift for us as well, here are some things we would love as newlyweds: https://www.zola.com/registry/nateandrachel2024. We are fortunate to have a home full of love and furniture so ask physical items be purchased off our registry.
