Question

When should I RSVP by?

March 1, 2025 on our website. Please be sure to answer the additional questions and RSVP for welcome drinks, transportation, and the wedding itself.

Are there any specific travel requirements for Italy?

Answer

The European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) will be not be going into effect until Q4 2026, delayed from May 2025. This is essentially a $7 visa required for US tourists. But still double check when your passport expires!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, everything but dancing will be outdoors - ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're requesting that guests wear black tie attire (e.g. tuxedos for men, colorful gowns for women). Most of the events will be outside so please plan accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation from Florence to the ceremony (which is 45 mins - 1 hr outside the city) and back at the end of the night. Guests will be picked up outside Hotel Baglioni at 4:30pm before the wedding. Heading back to Florence guests have the option of an early bus at 11pm or the late bus at the end of the night at 1am. Guests will be dropped off where they were picked up outside Hotel Baglioni.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony starts promptly at 6pm, please aim to arrive no later than 5:45pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you choose to drive, there is parking at Tenuta Corbinaia. Transportation will be provided from Florence to the venue, but if you are staying outside the city center and/or rented a car, you're welcome to drive.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a plus one on your invitation, yes. With our venue capacity we have limited space for additions but please reach out if you have questions!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to capacity limitations at the venue and specific safety requirements because of the pool at the venue, we can only accommodate kids in our families.
