When should we arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue between 330-345PM so that you have sufficient time to be seated before the ceremony begins at 4PM.

What is the parking situation like?

Answer

There is a large lot for parking available at the venue, with a paved walking path connecting the parking lot to the venue. For those that may have trouble with a walk to the venue, there will be the option to either be dropped off at the venue or shuttled from the parking lot.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal. Both western and Indian wear are welcome -- wear whichever you are most comfortable in.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! Your RSVP slots include room for the little ones!

What can we expect the weather to be like?

Answer

Texas winters are always a surprise but as of right now, the weather prediction is a high of 60, low of 48 with cloudy skies. Ideally, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be indoors. A light jacket or shawl may be helpful for those that run a little cold!

How can we give to the couple if we don't want to use the registry?

Answer

Cash or checks (addressed to Jasleen Kaler) are welcome, as well as Venmo (@Jasleen-Kaler).

What is the timeline? Is there a reception?

Answer

The wedding will follow most typical, western timelines. Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour to allow for pictures for the newlyweds, before the reception begins. The plan is for the newlyweds to be on their way by 9PM!
