We understand that a lot of questions may arise with a destination wedding. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Nicole or Nate with any specific questions that you may have, we're happy to help however we can!
Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly request final RSVPs be submitted no later than March 1st, 2025. We fully appreciate that traveling to Colorado might not be feasible for everyone, and while we hope to see you, we completely understand any constraints.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests dress in semi-formal attire for the wedding. For gentlemen, this might mean a suit or dress slacks with a dress shirt and tie. For ladies, a cocktail dress or a dressy skirt and top would be appropriate. The venue is indoors, so you can expect a comfortable setting regardless of the weather outside

What are the accommodation options nearby?

Answer

There are several hotel options nearby the venue and throughout the western Denver region, along with Airbnb's and other short term rentals. Our Travel section specifies a few hotels with which we have room blocks available.

What transportation options are available?

Answer

If flying into Colorado, Denver International Airport (DEN) is the closest major airport to Golden. We recommend renting a vehicle or using Uber/Lyft for your travels in-state.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM, however, you are welcome to arrive at the Rose starting at 4PM. Please be aware that guests will not be able to enter the venue until 4.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We are thrilled to celebrate our special day with loved ones. However, due to venue constraints and the nature of our event, we are only able to accommodate children of guests as specified in our invitations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing our joy with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are multiple public parking garages within walking distance of the Rose. We also recommend planning to rideshare or designate a driver for safe travel to and from the wedding :)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please be sure to include any specific dietary restrictions when submitting your RSVP and we will be happy to accommodate your needs!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola, where you'll find a selection of items that will help us start our new life together. We've also set up a fund for our new home if you'd like to contribute in that way. You can view our registry directly on this website by navigating to the 'Registry' tab.
