FAQs

Question

Are there COVID-19 protocols in place?

Answer

With the safety of our loved ones in mind, we are asking all guests to be vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending our wedding. If vaccination is not possible (and we understand it may not be), please let us know. Our venue does not require masks for vaccinated individuals, but masks will be available for those who would like them.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to necessity rather than choice, we have invited children in our family only. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail (i.e., suits, blazers, dresses).

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Decembers in NC can be a tossup -- anywhere from 40s to 70s! We'd suggest bringing a layer just in case -- the plan is to have the ceremony outdoors (weather permitting!), but most of our celebrating will be taking place indoors.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, check out our Travel page for all the info you need.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, if you opt to drive there is a free lot across the street from the venue, where both the ceremony and reception will take place.

Question

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

Yes! We have a Welcome Party on Saturday night as well as a Farewell Brunch on Monday morning that we hope you can attend! Please check out our Schedule for more information.
