Minneapolis Stone Arch Bridge

A favorite spot for Nathaniel and I. We often take Remington there to walk, or ride our bikes across it. It is nearby a few restaurants we frequent (Jefe, Hideaway Burger Bar). Also an easy walk to our other favorite spot, Gold Medal Park. The views of the city and the river in these spots are stunning.

Gold Medal Park

A favorite hangout for us. Get some Izzy's Ice cream and sit on top of the hill and take in the view!

Boom Island Park

A great place for walking, a picnic, or enjoying the outdoors.

West River Parkway

Follow the path on bikes, or by foot and find yourself by the stone arch bridge, the mill city ruins, or gold medal park!

Minneapolis Bouldering Project

A great place for some physical activity and a great challenge. Only $15 dollars for a day pass, which includes bouldering walls, a youth bouldering wall (3 yrs +), a gym, and a sauna.

Dangerous Man Brewing Company

A favorite brewery for us and many of our friends!

Fair State Brewing Cooperative

A fantastic brewery with a patio in the back, dog friendly, near many restaurants. Bring your own food in from Dipped and Debris (sandwich shop), Maya Cuisine or El Taco Riendo (Mexican Food), or Holyland (Mediterranean).

Minnesota Landscape Arboretum

If you love flowers and plants, this place is worth the drive!

Minnesota State Fair
