The campus is beautiful and absolutely worth seeing. This Harry Potter-esque scenery is the site of many movie backdrops. Be sure to check out the Princeton University Art Museum — it's free!
Princeton's charming streets are filled with unique shops and great restaurants. For casual dining, we recommend Small World Coffee, Princeton Soup and Sandwich, Chez Alice for coffee and pastery, Tico’s Eatery and Juice Bar, and Jammin' Crepes. The Bent Spoon is also a must! For more upscale dining, we recommend Agricola Eatery, Mistral, Teresa Caffe, and Mediterra. For drinks, the Yankee Doodle Tap Room at the Nassau Inn is a great option. We also recommend Alchemist & Barrister and Triumph Brewery.
We highly recommend extending your visit to spend time in New York, however a day trip is definitely doable. The City is about on hour away via car, or 45 minutes on the New Jersey Transit.
Pick your own fruit, go wine tasting, and shop the farmers market!
