Welcome to CDMX! Here are a few things to see and do while you are in the city, including a list of restaurants we love. Ecobici is our very reliable bikeshare system – you can sign up here: https://www.ecobici.cdmx.gob.mx/en/register/start Recommended rideshare apps are Uber and Beat. Make sure you have reservations as Mexicans take sobremesa very seriously and tables don't easily free up ;)

San Ángel

Where Natalia grew up. Walk around the quiet streets of San Angel. Have a margarita or stay for lunch at the San Angel Inn restaurant across from Diego Rivera's house and studio. Walk through San Jacinto and up to the Plaza de los Arcángeles.

Coyoacán

Home to a very cool food market designed by architect Felix Candela, Frida Kahlo's Casa Azul, and a beautiful central plaza with good Oaxacan restaurants (Corazon de Maguey/Los Danzantes) offering great mezcal.

Roma Norte

Walk around Roma to see the beautiful old "casonas", find great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, art galleries. Make sure to walk through Calle Orizaba, Fuente de la Cibeles, Pasaje El Parian, Calle Córdoba, Plaza Río de Janeiro, La Casa de las Brujas.

Walk around Condesa and enjoy the best art-deco residential architecture, art galleries, coffee shops, and parks. Make sure to walk through Calle Mazatlán, Amsterdam, Parque México, and Parque España.
