Please return the paper RSVP by mail by July 21st. If you are not able to send in your RSVP card, please reach out to Savannah or Nathan to let them know who will be attending!
Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP (or if you do not directly reach out to Savannah or Nathan) by July 21st we will have to mark your party as "No". Although we will miss celebrating with you, we must provide the total guest counts to the venue and vendor by this date. Thank you for your understanding.
Our ceremony will start promptly at 3pm. In order to have time to find your seat and get settled, we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before this. Immediate family and those guests involved in the wedding will need to be at the venue earlier than the ceremony- we will communicate this with you individually.
Please reference your paper RSVP cards to determine how many seats are saved for your party. Unfortunately, due to space constraints at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
We love our young friends and family members. However, our beautiful venue does not have a specific play area for children and it is in close proximity to a busy street. If you do not think you will be able to keep a good eye on your kiddo, you may think about leaving them at home so you can enjoy the night yourself. Please only bring children that are formally named on your invitation.
We would love to see our friends and family all dressed up but we also want you to be comfortable and able to have fun at our celebration. Our ceremony will be taking place in a grass field, and the yard, as well as an outside patio, will be open for the entirety of the evening, so please dress appropriately. Weather in August can range from rain to very hot temperatures. Additionally, we ask that you avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride (whites, creams)
Yes! There is a designated parking lot on the front side of the building. There should be signage telling you where you can park. If this parking lot fills up, there is additional parking on the grass around the buildings. Please make sure you do not park in areas that are designated for catering (we will have signage indicating where these spots are). We would love it if you all had fun on our special day. If this includes alcohol consumption (which will be available in the evening), please think about carpooling with a designated driver or taking a ride-sharing service so that you are able to get home safely.
Our wonderful venue has the luxury of having both indoor and outdoor settings. Our pictures and ceremony will be majorly outdoors while the dinner reception is indoors. The expansive lawn and patio will be open all night. Weather in August can range from rainy to very hot sunshine, so please plan accordingly.
A large portion of the venue is outdoors with gravel or grass-covered walkways that may not be the most even ground. However, the indoor portion is leveled cement that should be easy to navigate There is an upstairs portion of the venue, but most of the fun will happen downstairs! If you have any specific questions or concerns, please reach out to Nathan or Savannah directly.
Yes! We would love if you tagged any related social media content with the hashtag #NashBash2024. Additionally, we will have a google drive we would love for you to upload any pictures you take during the day so that we can enjoy looking through them after our big day.
We would love to see any and all pictures you take during the night to see how much fun everyone is having. Our one request is that we would like an "unplugged" ceremony- meaning personal phones and personal cameras to be put away during the entirety of the ceremony. We have hired very talented professional photographers and videographers at our events to get all of the perfect shots. We will happily share these professional photos with our friends and family afterward, but please keep phones and cameras out of sight until the ceremony conclusion. Thank you so much for your consideration.
Yes! We will have a designated dancing floor as well as area on the patio and in the lawn, so bring your dancing shoes!
