Answer

While we did elope in an intimate ceremony last year, we are excited to celebrate our one-year anniversary. Look out for more information via snail mail.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at two hotels. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) before June 15th, 2021 using the link provided under the "Hotels" tab of our website.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We’re so lucky to be able to spend our wedding day with all of our friends and family; your presence is truly all the present we need, but if you do want to make a gesture, there will be a card box for envelopes/gift table at the wedding.

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place in the Atrium at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens. 9750 Meadowlark Gardens Ct, Vienna, VA 22182

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 P.M. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. Please note that NOVA traffic on a Friday afternoon can be quite the nightmare. Check-in at the hotel begins at 3 P.M.--we suggest leaving plenty of travel time and checking into the hotel to relax a bit before the ceremony.

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided from at least one of the hotels. Shuttles to the wedding from the hotels will leave at 4:15, 4:45, and 5:15. Though our wedding does not end until 11:30, shuttles will be available from the reception to the hotels at 10:00, 10:30, and 11:00. If you're a party animal staying until 11:30, please use a ride-sharing app. :) Please note that there is limited spacing on the shuttles. *More information about shuttles to come. Please check back after July 1, 2021.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! The Atrium has a very large parking lot in front of the building. Parking is free.

Any other special attire notes we should know?

Answer

Unless it is raining, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Also note that all walking paths are paved.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to text/e-mail us with any questions!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To be eco-friendly (and wallet-friendly), we are asking for you to RSVP on this site. Just click the RSVP link at the top, type in your first and last name, and answer the questions.
