If you're into the outdoors and want a break from the bright lights, about an hour and twenty minutes from Las Vegas is the Valley of Fire State Park! Valley of Fire is a public recreation and nature preservation area covering nearly 46,000 acres located 16 miles south of Overton, Nevada.
