Yes the rumors are true, we met on the dating app, Hinge. We ended up both working on the 14th floor of Rocket Mortgage and had some mutual friends. After one of our bridesmaids did some digging in the recruiting process of Rocket Mortgage, was when Nancy agreed to a first date. A dog + a house later, we're getting married!

A few weeks prior to celebrating our close friends wedding in Canun, Karl asked the bride + groom if he could pop the question while on the trip, in Nancy's most favorite place, Mexico. Our friends didn't even skip a beat and said yes. With all of our closest friends sailing on a catamaran, Nancy was tricked into taking a group photo while Karl got down on one knee and popped the question. Completely surprised and many happy tears later, Nancy said yes!
