Can we check in early to the hotel on 10/4?

Answer

For anyone checking in on 10/4 the hotel has agreed to let you check in early at 2:00pm so you have time to check in and get ready before the shuttle leaves. Please notify the hotel if you plan on utilizing the early check in time.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start promptly at 4pm please arrive by 3:50.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking to the right of the barn. It can be a bit of a walk so there will be a golf cart available driven by an employee of the venue for those that need assistance.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail attire is preferred, but we just want everyone to be comfortable and enjoy their evening.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in Lapeer. There is also a Best Western in Lapeer and one in Davison. Both locations are only 10-15 minutes from the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a charter bus to take guests to and from the venue from the Holiday Inn Hotel. The first departure from the Holiday Inn will be at 3:00pm then a second at 3:30pm to arrive in time for the ceremony. It will be running until the reception is over. Last call will be 11:30pm
