Special Announcements for Guest

Answer

Nadia and Brandon have arranged a FREE tour of the Swan House for their guest and their families starting Friday, September 4, 2020 thru Sunday, September 6, 2020. Refer to "Things To Do" select Swan House at Atlanta History Center for additional information.

Are masks / shields required?

Answer

Yes. All guest are required to wear a mask during the ceremony and reception. If our guest feel comfortable wearing a shield, we encourage you to do so. *Guest are more than welcome to be creative with their mask- GREAT for pictures*

Are you following Georgia guidelines?

Answer

Yes. Our venue provides us with updated guidelines on a consistent basis. Our vendors / team implement those updates to ensure our guest is safe.

What protocols do you have in place for your venue?

Answer

All areas of our event spaces will be thoroughly cleaned and detailed before client/vendor load-in, including tables, chairs, bars and any other venue-provided equipment (with periodic maintenance of high contact areas and surfaces at intervals during the event). All Atlanta History Center staff will be required to face coverings.

What protocols do you have in place for your guest?

Answer

* Temperature will be taken before entering. * Sanitizer station will be available for all. * Ceremony and Reception will have appropriate seating and spacing * Masks / shields are required.

Where can I send cards / gifts

Answer

We have a registry set up for our guest on our wedding website, however you may mail cards and gift to our address below. P.O. Box 362 Griffin GA 30281

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

Yes, you have to mail back your RSVP card. No, we don't have an online RSVP option. "Remember if you don't RSVP by date provided you will not have access to the venue"

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What's the dress code and will it be enforced?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. Tuxedos and gowns are welcomed, however, cocktail dresses and suits are acceptable. (Dress code will be enforced)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors will open at 5:00pm. Atlanta traffic is unpredictable, we recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will take place indoors

Where can I park?

Answer

Free parking is available for our guest.
