When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st. Include how many guests are attending in your party.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

There is a block avaliable to guests at the Holiday Inn near the Indianapolis Airport. (317) 856-6200

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be free parking available at the Biltwell. Feel free to drive however, overnight parking is not permitted. Please plan accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will not be a shuttle or transportation. Parking at the Biltwell and Uber and other services are be available.

How is the Biltwell handling the Pandemic?

Answer

Daniel and I are making sure the Biltwell is taking precautions to keep our guests safe. To ensure this the Biltwell has told us that: >All employees will wear masks and gloves >If an employee does not feel well they are not allowed to come to work >All CDC guidelines including food prep, outside linins, etc. will be strictly followed >Hand sanitizer will be available for guests >Restrooms will be kept clean and sanitized If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
