Strawberry Park Hot Springs
This is a reservation only, CASH only hot spring nestled in the mountains above Steamboat. It is Myranda's favorite spot in Steamboat! Natural hot springs flow out of the hill side into pools along a chilly creek.
Sulfur Springs
Take a self-guided walk to the various natural hot springs in the area. We've walked to most and every single one is different. Also learn some history of Steamboat Springs!
Yampa River Core Trail
Walk, rent an e-bike, fish along the Yampa River that runs through town. The Yampa River is the last un-dammed river in Colorado. Maybe you'll see some Rainbow Trout or Moose! We enjoy tubing the river in the summer.
Gondola Square
Ride the gondola up the ski slopes in fall for some color and expansive views. Myranda and Caleb have skied Steamboat a couple of times in the past. At the top of the gondola, go for a walk on the many trails or have some lunch at the cafeteria (it's pretty good food)! If you're feeling really adventurous, rent a mountain bike and speed down the mountain!
