Zach and I met back in 2013. The day we met, I can confidently tell you that it was not love at first sight Zach was sarcastic, loud, and way too smart. (He’s still all of these things, but I have just come to love them.) On that same day, he thought it would be a good idea to chuck French fries at me while we were out with mutual friends at a nearby McDonald’s. So, definitley not the best first impression. However, eventually annoyance turned to love as we got to know one another. We bonded over our shared love of pop punk music, and a book named “Revenge of the Shadow King.” He tried to teach me how to play pool, how to hold chop sticks, and also helped me through some really tough situations. Throughout all of this, I realized how caring and sensitive he was, and that he was a great shoulder to cry on. He became the person I could tell anything to. We officially became a couple on April 18th, 2014, and here we are today! He’s still the person I can tell anything to. 💜
