What's the point of this website?

Answer

So you have an easy-to-reference guide for the ceremony schedule, travel tips, and registry. And so you can RSVP online instead of having to go to the Post Office. YOU'RE WELCOME.

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions by clicking on the RSVP tab above. We're happy to cater to all of our Kosher and Vegan friends!

Why Staten Island?

Answer

Because it's awesome. And because Laura did an Artist Residency at Snug Harbor in 2013, and the happy couple have many fond memories of strolling through the park together. You'll thank us when you see the sweet view of the Statue of Liberty when you're cruising on the Staten Island Ferry.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Great question! Click on the Travel tab above for directions via Public Transit and also by Car. Also there's this great new tool the kids are using called Google Maps.

Where can I stay if I'm visiting from out of town?

First off - thank you so much for coming! If you click on the Travel tab above, you'll find two local hotels recommended. If you have any trouble finding a room, contact Josh and Laura directly and we'll help you find a place, don't you worry.

Um, for real though, Google Maps is awesome. You should try it.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal Garden Attire, which is a fancy way of saying "Dress nice, but remember it's August and the wedding is outdoors, so be comfy!"
