Getting to Worthing from London (for our US Guests!)

Worthing is easily accessible from London by train! Think of it as a breezy jaunt out of the city to the seaside. Here's the lowdown: Trains are your friend: Direct trains run regularly from major London train stations like Victoria and London Bridge to Worthing. The journey is usually around 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, offering lovely views of the English countryside. Which station in London?: London Victoria is generally a good choice as it's centrally located and well-connected by the London Underground (the "Tube"). London Bridge is another option, especially if you're staying in East London. Train tickets: You can book train tickets online in advance through websites like National Rail Enquiries or Trainline. Booking ahead can sometimes get you cheaper fares, especially if you're traveling during peak times (though you're wedding guests, so you can travel off peak!). You can also buy tickets at the station, but it’s often easier online. We have included some hotel recommendations below, but there is no need to stay in any specific place!
