Chelsea and Jon met through OkCupid and started talking about D&D, which led to a 2 hour coffee date, and date after date after date. Their relationship moved quickly but always felt just right. They are both complete nerds who love to play board games and hold weekly D&D sessions with our friends, and love Disneyland, Netflix, and comics.

Chelsea knew Jon was the one she wanted to spend the rest of her life with when she went on a trip to her favorite place in the world and for the first time in her life all she wanted to do was go back home to Jon. Jon knew right away that Chelsea was the one he wanted to marry and kindly waited Chelsea's declared "one year before he can propose" rule. Just one year and about a week after Chelsea and Jon became "official" he proposed under the cherry blossom trees in the Imperial Palace in Tokyo while Chelsea's mom sneakily took photos and it was an absolute dream.
