Gina and Eric first met at Billy Bob’s Texas in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Eric was in town for the 9/11 memorial firefighter stair climb with a group of Amarillo firefighters. After the stair climb, he and the guys decided to check out a concert at the Stockyards. At the time, Gina was living in Lewisville and wanted to see her all-time favorite band, Muscadine Bloodline. When she found out they were playing at Billy Bobs, she needed someone to go with her and invited her favorite extroverted friend Schylar. Schylar tends to be a little bold and told Gina earlier in the night “if a man asks you to dance, you dance." At the time, Gina laughed and thought there was no way a man was going to ask her to dance. Fast forward to just after the concert ended, and Schylar pulled her to the dance floor and that is when it happened; Eric came out of nowhere and asked her to dance. They danced, talked, and danced some more. Secretly, she did not want the night to end. If anyone knows Gina, you know she loves some tacos; so, naturally when Billy Bobs was closing, she had to have some before going home. It was no surprise when she asked Eric if he liked tacos (of course he did) and wanted to join. The night ended after an adventure to Velvet Taco which allowed them to spend more time together and bond over their mutual love of tacos. And the rest is history.
