Dress Code?
Answer
Semi-Formal Attire - Dresses, skirts, blouses, slacks, khakis, button-ups, nicer polos, suit if you have it. Think somewhere between a garden party and an evening event. Want to avoid contributing to textile waste by not purchasing something just for one event? Check out Nuuly! https://share.nuuly.com/mack2472 You can rent 6 pieces for a month! A much more cost-effective option than Rent the Runway and keeps you from buying something you'll only wear once. Currently only rents feminine styles. (Otherwise, Mack heavily encourages shopping secondhand to reduce waste).

Can I bring a date?

We hope to make that clear with your invitation! If we forgot someone on your invite, please reach out to us! We know life can change quickly too so if your status changes between RSVP-ing and the event, please reach out to see if we can accommodate! Of course, we do want to make sure we have the correct numbers before the day so we may not be able to make exceptions too close to the event.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! For the ceremony and reception, we are welcome to children! Your invite should include them in our count. If we did not include them, please let us know so we can correct it! We do want a correct head count of children for the reception because we want to make sure there are activities to entertain them while their parents are getting down on the dance floor.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Short answer - yes! Long answer - There is a street and a few parking lots nearby. The venue is right next to Fort Vancouver National Park. The National Park is closed on Sundays, so that will leave a lot of parking open near by. You may need to walk a little to get from your car to the venue but finding a spot should not be rage-inducing.
