Welcome Event Open House

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Attire: Outoor Ready. Casual, Jeans, Flannels or whatever else is comfortable for you. We may have some picnic blankets set up so make sure you can reach the floor.

This Welcome Event is more like a Welcome Meet + Greet where you have the opportunity to meet other friends and family who will be embarking on this Wedding journey with us. Our dear friends (who are really family) are graciously hosting us as we find their home endearing since it's where we locked eyes for the first time. It's also the house where Mike showed off some of his cool Steel Mace Flow Movements to impress Ashley. Food: We will have hors d'Oeuvres and beverages for your delight. Format: Please note this is an Open House, and you can pop in at any point during the scheduled time (5:00-8:00pm PST)

The Wedding of Ashley Mrozek & Michael Bledsoe

Ceremony Logistics: **Please arrive at ceremony meetup location by 2:45pm** Location: 408 Kimberley Brooke Ln Shuttles will be departing starting at 2:45 and we will be relocating guests ASAP Elixir Hour: 3:33 - 4:44 Ceremony: 4:44pm - 5:30pm Attire For the Ceremony: Wear whatever makes you feel most alive. The atmosphere and energy will be one of #ClassyEarth #ForrestChic. Check Google Doc for more. The Ceremony space is at elevation and exposed to the elements (sun and wind) Please plan accordingly **Please note the Ceremony space does not have restrooms. It is advised to use the facilities at the Reds before heading up to the Ceremony. You will be at the Ceremony location from 2-3 hours Reception Logistics: Cocktail Hour: 6:30-7:30pm Reception: 7:30pm - 11:00pm Location: Idle Hour 3351 Lake Tahoe Blvd, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 Attire for Reception: Same as Ceremony attire + A fur coat. The temp will drop to low 50's this time of year and our reception will be partly outside

Beach + Brunch

9:30 am - 1:30 pm

Lake Tahoe this time of year is incredibly refreshing. Be ready to jump in the lake or lounge on the beach

To bring With You & Food Sitch: - Beach stuff (Beach Towels, whatever else you need to chill at the beach) - Sides + Drinks: We will provide the Breakfast Burrito's if you provide the sides and drinks. Stop by a local hub to grab some sparklies to share, or other breakfast sides. - Coverage: We have rented the Pavilion so there will be ample picnic table seating under a pavilion roof. Feel free to bring other umbrellas or other items for protection from the sun. - $10 for parking if you snag a spot Getting Here Nevada Beach Pavilion is located two miles northeast of the California-Nevada state line, turn off of Highway 50 and head west onto Elks Point Road until you see Nevada Beach Campground shield. Parking We have 6 parking spots reserved, first come, first serve. Please know that parking for the day is $10 per car. Show up wearing what you find yourself wearing at the time the event starts. Just make sure Edgewood will let you in..
