What should I consider when choosing attire?
Answer
Suggested dress code is cocktail/formal. Our ceremony will be held on grass and there will be some walking throughout the evening, so we highly recommend wearing comfortable shoes and avoiding any footwear that will not be suitable for grass.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Shuttle service will be provided between the venue and the hotel (Holiday Inn Drexel Hill) before and after the event. Please let us know when you RSVP whether you plan to use this service so we can ensure an accurate headcount! Further details will be updated closer to the event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! Our caterer is able to accommodate food allergies and dietary preferences. Please inform us during the RSVP process if you have any dietary needs.
Question
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the arboretum grounds. Cocktail hour will take place in an outdoor patio area before we move into the indoor barn for dinner and dancing.

Where should guests park?
Answer
The arboretum has ample parking available for guests who prefer not to use the shuttle service. Please be mindful if driving separately that cell service/navigation can be spotty as you approach the venue.
