FAQs

Question

how do I rsvp?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st through our website. We’re looking forward to celebrating with you!

Question

what if I can't make it?

Answer

We’ll be so sorry to miss you, but we completely understand! If you can’t attend, kindly let us know by August 1st so we can plan accordingly. We’ll be thinking of you!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’ve carefully selected our guest list and unfortunately can’t accommodate additional guests not listed on the invitations. If you have any questions about your invitation, feel free to reach out!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love children, this will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can join us for the celebration!

Question

what is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. We’d love to see everyone dressed up and ready to celebrate! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about what to wear. Please avoid wearing shades of green or blue if possible. We want everyone to look their best while celebrating some of the special people in our lives.

Question

How should we dress for the weather?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the ceremony will be held under a tent. Since September weather can change quite a bit, we suggest dressing in layers.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

While we won’t be providing transportation to and from the venue, we do want to let you know that rideshare options may be limited on Sunday evenings in the area. To ensure you have a smooth and stress-free journey, we highly recommend arranging your own transportation in advance or planning to drive yourself.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at Covington Gardens.

Question

what time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00pm, so please plan to arrive by 4:45pm to ensure you have enough time to settle in.

Question

Can I take photos or video at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you leave the photography to our professional photographer throughout the ceremony, but please feel free to take as many photos as you’d like at the reception! We’d love to see your photos and memories afterwards.

For all the days along the way
