Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, you need a valid passport to travel to Jamaica. It can take several weeks to months to obtain a passport, so please apply ASAP if you don't have one. If you have a passport, check to make sure yours will be valid during your stay.

Do I need to stay at the Hyatt Ziva or Hyatt Zilara?

Answer

Although we prefer you stay with us, you do not need to stay at the Hyatt Resorts to attend the wedding ceremony and reception. However, several events throughout the weekend (Welcome Reception & Newlywed Brunch) will be taking place on the property and will be inaccessible if not a guest of the Hyatt. Also, if not at the Hyatt, you will be responsible for transportation to the wedding venue.

Do I need a travel visa to visit Jamaica?

Answer

No, visitors from the U.S. do not need to have a visa to go to Jamaica. You just need a valid passport.

We're so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones! If you receive a plus one, it will appear when you RSVP.

Are children allowed?

We love your kids but we're looking forward to you having a carefree weekend with us! We prefer all guests to be over 13. Let's have a good time!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask that you honor the semi-formal dress code at the ceremony. Suits are welcome, but it's OK if you prefer to leave the tie at home!

I have a food allergy, will there be anything I can eat?

Answer

Yes, when you choose your entrée option, please specify any additional restrictions. We'll do our best to honor those so you can enjoy a date night on us.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle service to and from the airport included when you book your room!

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

We would not recommend renting a car unless you plan to a great deal of independent sight seeing. Taxis are readily available for travel.

Is there transportation to and from the resort to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be running every hour from the Hyatt Ziva & Zilara to the ceremony location at The Palms.
