Where Should I Stay During the Wedding Weekend?

We have hotel blocks at the Tru by Ashland - Hilton, the Avid Hotel, and The Commonwealth. Reservations through the hotel block are first come, first serve. Visit the Travel Tab to see hotels! The closest airport is RIC, in Richmond, Virginia. The nearest town is Ashland, Virginia, and the nearest city is Richmond, Virginia.

Will I Need to Drive?

We recommend that folks traveling in from afar grab rental cars or use Uber/Lyft services to get to Seven Springs on the big day! *If you intend to partake in libations, please make sure you have a DD or ride service!

Can I Bring My Kids?

This is an adults-only event. :) We love your kids but want you to be able to let your hair down and get some much-deserved time off! ** If you plan on traveling with your kids, please let us know if you'd like babysitter accommodations at the hotel block! We are coordinating trusted caregivers for the children of our guests who are staying in the hotel blocks. :)

Answer
The closest airport is RIC, in Richmond, Virginia. RIC is about a 36-minute drive from the venue, and a 28-minute drive from our hotel block. :)
