The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on-site at Wolfert’s Roost Country Club. The ceremony will be outside on the patio, cocktail hour on the upstairs patio (weather permitting) and ballroom bar area, and the reception will be in the main ballroom.
If your wedding invitation is addressed “and Guest” you are invited to bring a plus one.
Although we love your kids, in order to give our guests (and parents!) a night of fun and relaxation, we respectfully request no children under the age of 12 at our wedding. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!
The dress code is cocktail to black tie optional. This means that tuxes and gowns are welcome as well as cocktail dresses and suits.
Yes, please check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need. They will arrive at the hotel at 2:30pm and leave for the venue every 30 minutes until 3:30pm. Uber and Lyft are also available.
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm, so we suggest arriving by 3:45 pm so you can find a perfect seat and settle in!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that you please silence all phones/devices and for them to be put away during the ceremony. We've hired amazing professionals to capture the most important moments of our lives and we do not want to get in their way. However, feel free to use your devices at any other time! In fact, we encourage you to take all the pictures you want afterwards. We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.
For the ceremony, sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).
