When can we arrive for the ceremony?

Guests are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony starting!

Under the 'Travel' tab are a few recommended hotels near the venue. There are currently no hotel blocks in place, so feel free to independently explore your options!

Starved Rock Lodge has lots of parking easily available for guests and attendees, so there should be no issue here!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please note, we are organizing our RSVP's virtually as well as paper RSVPs! Feel free to reply via whichever option you prefer. There will be a link in the invitations, but you don't have to wait until receiving them to RSVP. Please RSVP by August 31st, 2024

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The ceremony will be outdoors. Please take weather circumstances into consideration when choosing attire!

Will there be food?

We are planning a full buffet for guests! There will be options available, however if you have any dietary needs or preferences please reach out and let us know!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We love your kids and they have a special place in our hearts! However, it will be an adults only event with a few exceptions for select out of town guests. Those invited will be named on your invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to celebrate with us!

Plus ones will be indicated on your invitation. Due to limitations of the venue, this wedding will be invite-only.
