3 different restaurants on 3 different floors. The top floor is a roof top beer garden (but they have champagne on draft, too!). This was around the bend from our first apartment and one of our favorites to frequent!
Great tacos! Make reservations in advance as it's small and fills up quickly!
BBQ and beer! Need we say more?!
We met here in the lobby for our first date and Flynn proposed in the same location! Check out the lovely decor and visit the Speakeasy on the Lower Level. It's one of our favorite places to visit.
Visit the Original Primanti Brothers in The Strip!
Visit The Strip early Saturday and walk the streets for a variety of restaurants, shops, amazing markets, and street vendors! It's a must see when it's busy and the weather is nice! This was around the corner of our first apartment and we would often walk over and try new places.
Located in The Strip. It's a communal food hall for new & local dining concepts, with four unique eatery options & two bars.
This place reminds Morgan of studying abroad in Florence. Stop in for a cup of coffee or an espresso while exploring The Strip!
A Wann Family Favorite! Owned and operated by our family friends, the Carmodys, and located on Neville Island. It's indoor and outdoor bar and seating. Be sure to try the fried zucchini and say hello to Joy- the creator of this amazing appetizer!
One of our favorite places for a casual environment and build your own tacos and beer! Try the nachos!
Tapas and wine bar in Sewickley! Stop in after walking around Sewickley.
Check out Market Square in Downtown for a bunch of different restaurants (and a champagne bar!) surrounding a cute square. They have every kind of restaurant here! From a Grilled Cheese restaurant to a nicer sports bar with outdoor seating to fine dining.
The North Shore offers a variety of places to eat and drink. It is also home to our Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates. Walk along the river or stop into Southern Tier Brewery, Local, Bettis Grill, or treat yourself to a steak and glass of wine at Hyde Park Steakhouse. Walk around the parks, place bets at The Rivers Casino, or take the family to The Carnegie Science Center. There is a lot to see on the North Shore!
An Altmeyer Family favorite and one of our favorite brunch spots! Be sure to make a reservation as this brunch is amazing after a long night!
Ride the incline for a unique view of the city! Take it to the top of Mt. Washington to the overlook for great photo opportunities! Mt. Washington has a variety of great bars and restaurants, too! Visit Bigham Tavern for great wings! If you'd like fine dining and views of the city, we recommend Altius. Be sure to make a reservation!
Indoor and outdoor activity. Check the website for Exhibits and Events going on while you are here!
It's the Andy Warhol Museum... need we say more?! Check our Morgan's favorite installation-- Silver Clouds (it's a room full of floating silver balloons!)
