We're getting married

It was June 2021, Morgan was settling into her DC apartment with her dog, Kona. Ciarán was settling into life in America. They met how all modern couples do – on Hinge. For their first date, they decided to meet for drinks at a Mexican spot. They had a feeling it was meant to be as they both ordered a frozen mango margarita. To give Ciarán the real Maryland experience, Morgan recommended crab picking for their second date. [For those of you who don’t know this entails eating crabs at a restaurant]. Ciarán asked if he should bring his bathing suit. Morgan informed him there would be no water activities involved and the crabs had already been “picked” from the bay. They continued to get to know each other over Nats games, drinks at Tap 99, Ciarán’s cooking, Morgan’s cocktails, and trips to Ocean City. The following Summer, Morgan and Ciarán traveled to Ireland. Morgan met Ciarán’s family and friends and became an avid fan of Guinness (no disrespect to Murphys drinkers). By February 2023, Ciarán knew it was time to pop the question. He asked for Kona’s blessing and set a date. Despite freezing temperatures and the hidden camera man having emergency dental surgery, he pulled it off and the rest is history! Morgan and Ciarán fell in love with Charlottesville on their first weekend away together, so they decided it was the perfect place to invite you all to celebrate as they say, “I do!”
