Short answer: Cocktail to Formal attire Long answer: We want everyone to look and feel their best as we ring in the New Year together! Cocktail attire usually means a suit or nice shirt and tie for men and a mid-length dress or dressy jumpsuit for women. Formal would just be a step up from there! The Indianapolis Artsgarden does not have designated parking because it is a public space connected to the Circle Center Mall. However, there is ample parking in the surrounding area including hotels and other garages. See the link for details. https://www.downtownindy.org/member-profile/indianapolis-artsgarden/
Absolutely! We look forward to sharing a toast with those who want to boogie until 2023! And for those wanting some last minute pictures and hugs goodbye, we have the venue reserved until 1 am.
Because of the holiday we have been limited in the amount we can reserve, but there are two hotels with blocked rooms listed in the Travel tab that you can visit for more information!
We discussed this choice many times and ultimately decided to not have little ones at our wedding (although we love them!!). Since we are having a NYE wedding, the ceremony and reception will be late and may interfere with bedtimes. We want our friends and family to enjoy a well-deserved night out and let their hair down!
We have great confidence in our photographer to capture one of the greatest moments of our lives and for that reason we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means no cell phones or other cameras during the ceremony! However, when the reception begins take as many as you'd like!
Although we are not having a traditional sit-down, plated dinner we are still definitely going to feed you! We will be having both passed and stationary hors d'oeuvres as well as a late night snack!
Open bar! (Who carries cash anymore am I right?)
