We are following all CDC and local guidelines for our wedding. - We have drastically cut the guest list and will have less than 75 people at the event. - We are requiring all guests and vendors to provide negative Covid tests 72 hours prior to the wedding, and are strongly requesting they refrain from any social activities or congregate settings to minimize potential exposure while waiting for results. - The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors. - We will be requiring masks when you cannot be physically distanced from someone, for example during the ceremony, in the bathrooms, at the bar. We know we are asking a lot of you all, but feel this is necessary to ensure the safety of our guests. We want everyone to be able to enjoy themselves, and believe this is only possible if everyone is on the same page. We ask that if you are not able to abide by our safety protocols or if you are feeling sick, that you please stay home and celebrate us from afar!
Per the CDC, once you are fully vaccinated (two weeks after final dose), you do not need to get tested unless you have been exposed to the virus or are showing symptoms. In lieu of a test, you will need to show proof of vaccination. While state guidelines are constantly changing, we don’t yet know whether getting a COVID-19 vaccine will prevent you from spreading the virus that causes COVID-19 to other people, even if you don’t get sick yourself. Since a majority of our guests will not be vaccinated by May, we ask that you please continue to follow the safety protocols including wearing a mask, avoiding social gatherings, etc. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated.html
Cocktail attire is recommended - think jackets or suits for men and dresses or jumpsuits for women. Since the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, though, please ensure you are dressed appropriately for any inclement weather.
Due to the current state of Covid-19, we have had to drastically cut our guest list down. We ask that you do not bring any plus ones or children unless indicated on your invitation.
Baker House parking is limited to guests of the hotel only. There is free parking available at the East Hampton Library, which is only a 2 minute walk from the venue.
The ceremony begins promptly at 3pm, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before then.
