Dress code: All guests must wear black. This is a black-tie optional event. Black, floor-length gowns for ladies. Tuxedos are welcome but not mandatory. Black suits are suggested for the gentleman.
The sun sets in Islamorada a bit earlier in March. Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm so we can enjoy a bit of daylight with our guests!

There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails.
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Dinner Menu: Pierre's Artisan Greens Salad (European Cucumber, Heirloom Tomato, Caramelized Hazelnuts, and a Key Lime Vanilla Jalapeno Vinaigrette) Plated Entrees (Select One) Floridian Pan Roasted Mahi Mahi (Black Forbidden Rice, Seasonal Vegetables, Tropical Mango Chutney, Key Lime Beurre Blanc, Sweet Plantains) Sous Vide Short Rib of Beef (Braised in Red Wine, Broccoli Rabe, Bacon Parmesan Polenta, Trumpet Mushrooms, Confit Cippolini Onions, Roasted Tomatoes, Demi-Glace) Dessert Key Lime Tart (Torched Merengue, Fresh Seasonal Berries, Red Berry Sauce) Dinner will take place inside Pierre's Restaurant on the second floor. Upon the conclusion of dinner service, we will transition back outside to Pierre's Beach for an evening of fun and dancing!

The party won't stop outside! At 11:00pm we'll transition back inside for an After Party on the first floor of Pierre's Restaurant, the Green Flash Lounge. Help us wrap up the night in style!
