The main shuttle will depart from the Wayne Hotel at 4:40 PM. Everyone that is staying at the Wayne Hotel must take this shuttle. This will be the only one for that hotel. It will then make a stop at the Courtyard and depart at 4:50 PM. You will be dropped off at the venue by 5 PM. One final shuttle will depart the Courtyard around 5:10 PM. Please try to take the earlier shuttle if possible to ensure everyone arrives at the venue prior to our 5:30 PM ceremony time. At the end of the night, shuttles will run from 9:30 PM to midnight, taking guests back to both hotels. Ubers should be available in case you miss the shuttle coming to or from the venue. There will be a family shuttle that will depart the Wayne Hotel at 4:15 PM and the Courtyard at 4:20 PM. This shuttle is solely for family members who need to take pictures with Morgan and Cy prior to the wedding. We will notify you if you need to take this earlier shuttle.

Please be mindful of the cutoff date – July 5th, 2024. All remaining rooms will be released at this point and you may not receive the block discount! You can use the link below or call (800) 321-2211 and reference the Watson Treaster Wedding. If you previously booked The Radnor Hotel, please text Morgan or Cy ASAP. The hotel will be under construction so we recently had to cancel our block there! If you try to book online and it says sold out, you may need to call to be added to the block and receive the discount!

Train
Amtrak
Amtrak is a great option if you prefer not to drive. There are 2 stations near our venue: Paoli and Ardmore. Be sure to check and see which is closer to the hotel you select. We will have shuttles that will take you to and from the wedding but be sure you have a way to get to and from the train station to your hotel (see SEPTA info below or take an Uber/Lyft).

If you're flying into the airport or taking Amtrak, there are SEPTA regional rail stations in Devon and Wayne. You can use this to cut down on Uber and Lyft rides if you would like!
