Travel Note

Dodging the Ducks

Our wedding weekend falls on the same weekend as an Oregon Ducks home game. Because of this, availability for hotels, Air BnB, and public transportation might become very limited by October. We recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible to avoid last-minute headaches.

Flight

Eugene Airport (EUG)

Eugene Airport is the only option to fly straight into Eugene, OR. It offers direct flights to and from Seattle, San Francisco, Phoenix, Dallas, and several other major cities across the western United States. From here, you can also rent a car -- we highly recommend guests rent a vehicle rather than relying on ride-share services as the comparative cost of rental fees and gas is likely to be less expensive.

Flight

Portland International Airport (PDX)

Another possibility for flying into Oregon is to come in through Portland International Airport, which offers a wider range of direct flights to and from Boston, New York, Spokane, and more. They also have a fleet of rental cars available as soon as you land. Portland is roughly a two-hour drive from Eugene, and a 2.5 hour drive to the wedding venue.
