Ryan's sister Kat has graciously offered to host us for floral arranging Saturday morning at her rental Estes Park is quite strict regarding "events" and parking at rentals, so please plan to carpool or get dropped off! I would recommend parking at the Free public lot (691 N St. Vrain Ave) and carpooling over. You might be able to park at/near the Spice Rack and walk over. Let's arrange the bouquets, accessories, centerpieces, & arch decor! I will provide shears, floral wire, ribbon, and 400+ stems of blooms & greenery! Let's have some snacks and drinks and have fun being amateur florists! :)

Parking is $5/vehicle, so please carpool! The Rotary Club shelter is located in the Estes Lake Recreation area just north of US 36/St. Vrain Avenue, on the south shore of Estes Lake Turn north off St. Vrain between 4th St & Community Drive There are 5 shelters in this area, we are at the one furthest east past the bathrooms We should have signage/balloons! Please contact Ryan if you get lost @ 970-355-8306 We have reserved the Rotary Club shelter from 11am until 9pm Wedding party & immediate family are welcome for the rehearsal! Ryan and the groomsmen will provide Hawaiian roll sandwiches & chips We will have an assortment of beverages

Ceremony

Mountain picnic attire: anything from sundresses and sandals to button ups and boots. We recommend comfortable walking shoes and planning for the weather with a hat and warm layer!
Parking costs $10/vehicle on-site with 70 spaces: We encourage carpooling or taking our free shuttle! **The shuttle will stop @ the FREE downtown parking structure: @ 691 N St Vrain Ave @1:15 pm **Please park by 1 to allow for downtown traffic The shuttle must leave by @ 1:25 to arrive in time! **If you plan to leave your car overnight, you must register in advance Contact: epinfo@thecarpark.com or 970-591-2577 For those driving, head to Hermit Park: 40°20'26.6"N 105°28'26.9"W Stop at the self-pay kiosk for a parking pass Follow signs to the Kruger Rock trailhead parking; you will see our reserved pavilion on the left You may pull up for drop off, but park in one of the 2 lots. Our ceremony will take place in a meadow, with reception on-site to follow Unfortunately due to park restrictions, we aren't supposed to serve alcohol; so please be discreet! ;) Be aware of the increased effect of alcohol at higher elevations (8000ft) and take our shuttle if needed!
Reception

Following the ceremony, please enjoy refreshments & lawn games! Ciao Mobile Pizzeria will serve antipasto and a pizza & salad buffet We hope you enjoy the drinks, desserts, and dancing! We must vacate the venue by 8pm, so the first shuttle back to town will leave at 6:30 The last shuttle must leave at 7:45 *31 passenger capacity "Pine forests and meadows characterize this beautiful property and its habitat for a variety of mountain wildlife.
