Things To Do

Golf

For those looking to take advantage of some of the best golf courses, make sure to book your tee times far in advance as November is peak season and times will book up quickly. Some of our favorite golf courses in the area include PGA West Courses - Pete Dye Stadium Course, Pete Dye Mountain Course and Nicklaus Tournament Course, SilverRock Resort and Indian Wells Golf Resort - Celebrity Course and Players Course. However you can't go wrong with any PGA West course or really any course in the area. Please note prices will vary among these courses. If you are looking to get paired up with other guests attending the wedding, please reach out to Mike or Madeline and we will help connect you with other golfers.

Spa

Book yourself a relaxing massage, facial or other spa services at one of the many renowned spas including Spa La Quinta at La Quinta Resort, Spa Rosa at the Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort or The Spa at Desert Springs at the JW Marriott.

Restaurants

La Quinta offers a range of dining options for every taste. Some of our favorite restaurants include Don Diego's, Enzo's Bistro & Bar, The Grill on Main, Arnold Palmer Restaurant, Morgan's in the Desert, Twenty6, Stuft Pizza Bar & Grill, Aspen Mills Bakery & Cafe and The Pink Cabana. Many of you already know that Don Diego's is our all-time favorite spot for the best fajitas and margaritas around. Chances are, you'll bump into us there at some point leading up to the wedding weekend!

Old Town La Quinta

78100 Main Street, La Quinta, CA 92253

Known for its vibrant, small-town feel, Old Town La Quinta is a quaint area offering a mix of boutique shops, art galleries, restaurants, and cafes, all set against the backdrop of the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains. One of our favorite times to go is when the Famers Market is open on Sundays from 8am - 1pm.

Palm Springs

Palm Springs, CA

If you are looking to explore more of the Palm Springs area, it's a short 30-minute drive from La Quinta. Palm Springs offers a mix of relaxation, adventure and style including the following options. 1 - Palm Springs Aerial Tramway – Ride to the top for panoramic mountain views. 2 - Explore Downtown – Shop, dine, and enjoy local art galleries. 3 - Mid-Century Modern Tour – Admire Palm Springs’ iconic architecture. 4 - Rat Pack Legacy – Sip a cocktail at a vintage lounge that channels the glamorous days of Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr.
