Hotel
$279/night + tax This is our recommended hotel due to its proximity to the Metro North train station, as well as amenities like free breakfast and a pool. Parking is an additional $20/day, but it is walkable to a lot of places and a car should not be needed. Shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. Block available Thursday, 8/14 to Monday, 8/18.

Flight
New York has a lot of airport options. 1. White Plains (HPN) is the most convenient option with a quick Uber to New Rochelle. Drive time is about 25 minutes and Ubers are available for approximately $60. 2. LaGuardia (LGA) is the most convenient major airport option. You can take an Uber, rent a car, or take public transportation. Drive time varies greatly, typically around 35 minutes, but up to 60 minutes with traffic. This route has tolls. 3. JFK serves the most locations, and is fine for taking public transportation, though it does require a few transfers. You can also Uber or rent a car. Drive time varies greatly, typically around 45 minutes, but up to 90 minutes with traffic. This route has tolls. 4. Newark (EWR) is the furthest away, and will cost the most if taking an Uber. It is a decent option for public transportation, but will require an Amtrak ticket. Drive time is about 55 minutes but up to 120 minutes with traffic.
Train
If you're traveling to and from NYC, this will be your stop. Walkable to all three hotels, so if you decide to stay in the City and want to take the our shuttle to and from the venue, we recommend walking to the Residence Inn.
Train
This is actually the same station as the Metro-North station, but serves the Northeast Regional line via Amtrak, connecting to Boston, Providence, Newark, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington DC.
Shuttle
August 16, 2024 4:30 pm
Shuttle will be available to and from all 3 hotels to and from the ceremony/reception. Details forthcoming. If the shuttle schedule does not fit your schedule, Ubers in this area are plentiful.
Travel Note
Tolls! If you plan to drive in this area, be aware that there are some toll roads. The time savings to and from the airport are usually worth the toll. All other toll roads outside of NYC can be avoided if you are only planning a short stay. If you already have an E-ZPass from any state, you can use it for all NY state tolls.
