Danielle and I met on the beautiful island of Maui in 2009 during a roller derby scrimmage, where we were on opposing teams. She was one of the many team members I hosted at my house in Kihei, and that weekend marked the beginning of a lifelong friendship. Over the years, we've kept in touch, and when I moved to Austin, I invited her to visit. Little did I know, she'd be on a plane two weeks later and become my new roommate! It was then that we truly became best friends. Danielle has always been up for spontaneous adventures, and we've shared many memorable experiences together. Two of our most hilarious moments include our trip to New Orleans, where we became the self-proclaimed "HipHop Hunnies," and the time we managed to live in a student housing complex for 6 months without anyone checking our proof of enrollment.

Vance and I initially crossed paths at InvestCloud, a workplace notorious for its toxic environment. Despite the unfavorable conditions, some of our fondest memories stem from our time there. When you're spending upwards of 12 hours a day with someone, it's inevitable that you'll either become fast friends or develop an intense dislike for one another. In our case, we chose to make the most of our situation and found solace in each other's company. Through it all, our friendship has endured, and I'm grateful to have Vance as someone I can always count on.

Sara and I first crossed paths in 2002, when I was living in Portland and balancing full-time work with full-time evening college classes. During the hour break I had before school, I often found myself at a nearby wine bar. One evening, a friend was supposed to join me for a bottle of wine, but they canceled. Not wanting the wine to go to waste, I scanned the bar and noticed Sara sitting just three chairs down. I took a chance and offered her a glass, unsure if she thought I was a bit odd. To my delight, she accepted, and a lasting friendship was born. Throughout the years, we've stayed in touch and embarked on many adventures, always finding ourselves laughing together. Our friendship has been filled with joy, and I'm grateful for the chance encounter that brought us together.

Hunter and I became friends in 2010 during the roller derby draft. Despite the Hellcats' reputation for not being the nicest team, Hunter stood up for me during some tense moments, which solidified our friendship. After I was drafted onto the team, we grew even closer. Over the years, we maintained our strong bond, even as I moved around the world. Hunter always made an effort to visit me, and together, we became known for throwing the best parties that everyone wanted to attend. Despite her insistence on a small guest list, our parties would often swell to 75 people. One unforgettable adventure with Hunter was during her visit to Sicily. We took a trip to Malta and were surprised to find they drove on the right side of the road. Attempting to navigate a stick shift car with the steering wheel on the 'wrong' side led to a lot of laughter and the fear that we might not make it out alive.
Bridesmaid
Many of my cherished memories with Maura also involve our mutual friend Vance. These memories include Maura's tardiness to early client meetings, her attempt to dance on The Abbey's coffee table (which led to us getting kicked off), late-night escapades in the Hollywood Hills, and her unforgettable morning chats. During these morning catch-ups, Maura would amuse us with tales of her weekend adventures and then abruptly depart without so much as asking about our own weekends. Despite this quirk, Maura has always made it clear that she's there for me whenever I need her.
Bridesmaid
Natalie is one of my beloved "travel the world" friends. We've shared countless adventures together, from backpacking and surfing in Nicaragua, to celebrating my birthday in Rome, and hiking along Sicily's stunning coastline. Our escapades have taken us kayaking in the breathtaking Dubrovnik sea and participating in thrilling activities like canyoning and rafting, all while enjoying lots of laughter and unforgettable experiences.
Bridesmaid
Lemoncello, Lemoncello! From cruising on scooters through Austin streets during ACL to embarking on Sicilian vacations, our friendship is filled with countless laughs and unforgettable memories. We first crossed paths in TXRD and have since become partners in crime, causing chaos and having a blast wherever we go. She's a true friend who will continue to travel the world with me and share in all the fun and excitement life has to offer.
Officiant
Janet has been an integral part of our journey as a couple, witnessing our growth and playing a significant role in our lives. Given her importance to us, it was an effortless decision to ask her to officiate our wedding and be a special part of our big day. We truly cherish you, Janet!
Ring Bearer
Carter is Andrea's Godson and only nephew. They enjoy playing pirates, hide-and-go-seek, building legos, swimming in the pool and reading books together.
