Welcome Party

Please join us at our Welcome Party the day before our wedding! Feel free to stay the whole time or drop by for a couple of hours. There will be plenty of food, drinks and NFL Redzone games to be enjoyed! We can’t wait to see you there! A shuttle will be available from 11:30am-5:30pm to take guests to and from the main hotel (Courtyard by Marriott). There will be three trips beginning at 11:15am, 12pm, and 12:45pm to take guests to the welcome party, then the shuttle will stay at Del Rio until guests are ready to be taken back to the hotel. Final shuttle back will be at 5:15pm.

Shuttles
1:00 pm
There will be two shuttles transporting guests from the main hotels (Courtyard by Marriott & Residence Inn) to the ceremony. Shuttles will be at 1pm, 1:10pm, 1:30pm and the last one at 1:40pm. Please do not wait for the last shuttle (not everyone will fit if you do). Please plan accordingly and disperse amongst all shuttles. Shuttles will be available between 7pm-10:10pm to take guests from reception to main hotel. Final shuttle will leave promptly at 10:10pm take guests back to main hotel.
Wedding Ceremony
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Semi-Formal: suits or slacks and button down shirts for the guys; dresses, jumpsuits, rompers for the ladies. Ceremony is outdoors and on grass!
Ceremony will start promptly at 2pm. Please arrive early to allow enough time for parking and walking down to ceremony site. Cart shuttles will be available for those who may need them.
Reception
2:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal: suits or slacks and button down shirts for the guys; dresses, jumpsuits, rompers for the ladies. Reception is outdoors so please dress accordingly for fall weather!
Reception to follow on site right after ceremony!
