Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! We have buses picking up guests at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in downtown Portland, Maine. There is also plenty of parking at the venue.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, the venue has plenty of parking for guests. Alternatively, we have a shuttle from the hotel in downtown Portland.

Where are the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The ceremony and reception are just steps away from each other. Both are at the Greenhouse at Highland Farm.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive between 2:30-2:45pm to settle in before the ceremony starts at 3pm.

Is the ceremony outdoors?
Answer
Yes, our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). We recommend you bring an umbrella if rain is forecasted! Please note the ceremony will be in a wildflower garden, so there may be bees. The reception is inside a greenhouse.

Where should I sit during the ceremony?

Anywhere that isn't marked as "reserved" is great - no need to pick sides!

Can I take photos?

We're having an unplugged ceremony, but after that, please feel free to take photos/ videos and share them with us afterwards!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! It is limited to signature cocktails, beer, wine, and NA options.

Please let us know your dietary restriction(s) when you RSVP and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Thank you in advance! We have everything we need at home and consider your presence at our wedding a gift in itself. However, if you'd like to give us a gift, we have a few cash funds on our registry.
