Will there be parking at your venue?
Answer
Yes, there is a free parking lot on-site at our venue. If it should fill up, there is free street parking available as well. Overnight parking is allowed, and vehicles must be picked up by noon the next day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
We have arranged a shuttle that will travel between our hotel and our venue. It will be running ahead of the ceremony, to get people to The Whim on time. The shuttle will also be running for a few hours at the end of the night, so that you can get back to the hotel on your own schedule. With our celebration being located in the city, there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in the area if this sounds like a good option for you. We want everyone to have fun but also be safe!

Is there a dress code?

We kindly request semi-formal or cocktail attire for our special day. No jeans, shorts, or tennis shoes, please!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding and reception will all be held indoors. There is an outdoor patio for use during cocktail hour and the reception, weather permitting.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
The evening meal will be served buffet-style, and there will be options available for those with dietary restrictions. If you have any specific concerns, please reach out to us so we can help.

Please see the travel & lodging tab above to learn more about our room block. If there is limited availability, please reach out to Molly or Rylan so we can facilitate block expansion. There are other hotels and Airbnb options in the area as well.

We love your kiddos! However, we have decided to keep this an adults-only party, with the exception of immediate family.
