The main airport for the Richmond area is the Richmond International Airport.
It's about 25 mins from the venue and the hotels. Ubers and Lyfts to and from the airport are very affordable, but there is rental car options available as well if necessary.

We have a block of 25 rooms set aside at the Country Inn and Suites (11600 Lakeridge Pkwy, Ashland, VA 23005)

This hotel also has a 12 passenger van that will be making 2 runs to and 2 runs back from the venue for the wedding. The shuttle will be complimentary, but because the venue is not far from the hotel, the Uber and Lyfts to the venue should be very affordable.
If this hotel does not work, there are several hotel options both in Ashland, VA as well as Short Pump, VA. Both are 10 mins or less from the venue. Please let us know if you have any questions at all!
