Registry and Donations

The Foothills Caring Corps is a nonprofit organization that provides services to help improve the quality of life for older adults and persons with disabling conditions throughout the Foothills community. A large corps of volunteers and small team work to promote physical, mental and emotional health and well-being by providing (among others): mobile meals, caregiver relief, recreational van programs, and shopping assistance to those in need. The Caring Corps was a very special organization to our beloved Grandma Anne Iarocci. In 2000, Anne began to provide volunteer & philanthropic support for the Caring Corps and was instrumental to the growth of the organization. She was recognized as a key contributor and spokesperson who gave generously of her time, and gifts and always encouraged others to do the same. The Joy Bus is a nonprofit organization that relieves the daily struggles of homebound cancer patients with fresh, restaurant quality meals delivered by friendly faces. The nonprofit diner serves breakfast and lunch during the week, and every penny earned is used to support visits and chef-inspired meals to cancer patients across the Valley. Currently, the organization serves up to 140 meals per week. They have seen great appreciation and would like to grow. The charity is currently on a fundraising drive to raise capital to expand its space so that it can produce and deliver 2,500 meals per week. Peter and Rebecca Fine have been involved with the organization for many years and are actively involved in the organization's mission and fundraising efforts.
