While we would love to have your little ones with us on our big day, we are unable to accommodate kids outside of nieces, nephews, and those of the wedding party due to limited space.
Please arrive 30 minutes early to get settled in before the ceremony starts at 4:30pm.
The dress code is semi-formal to formal attire with optional black tie. Wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident, but please avoid casuals (jeans, T-shirts, sweats, etc.) See below for reference https://www.saratoga.com/things-to-do/dress-codes/
The ceremony will take place outside in front of the gazebo, from there we will move to an outdoor patio for cocktail hour, and then we will head inside for some reception fun! Please see the Schedule tab for more details
The sun will be setting at 5:54 at the venue on October 20th, and temps can range from 65 to 45 degrees fahrenheit that time of year so please dress with something warm until we get inside.

There will be limited parking available at the venue and a shuttle service available to & from hotel listed in our schedule tab.
For cocktail hour you can expect an array of Hors d'oeuvres & appetizers to include a crudité platter, fruit platter, and tuscan display. For dinner there will be three different options for entrees including a vegan/vegetarian option. For dessert there will be a three-tiered cake and a late night snack as well to keep the party going.

There will be an open selection of wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages available all night, along with a cash bar for other drinks.
There will be a hired professional photographer and videographer to capture all of the special moments during the ceremony. Please keep your phones in your pocket and live in the moment with us. Take as many photos as you please during cocktail hour and reception.
Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry you can find under the registry tab.

The wedding colors are Navy & Gold, with a rustic, elegant theme.
The bride & groom love animals, however please keep your fur-babies at home. The venue has alpacas if you’re looking for some friendly furry faces.
